Please read these terms before creating an account, adding funds, or placing an order. They explain account use, payments, order processing, cancellations, refunds, and support.

1. Agreement and service provider

“smm-cam.com,” “we,” or “the panel” means this website and its SMM-panel services. By creating an account, using the API, adding funds, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the separate Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

2. Accounts and security

  • Provide accurate registration details and keep them current. You are responsible for activity under your account and API key.
  • Keep passwords and API keys private. Never put them in a URL, screenshot, or public location. Rotate a compromised key and notify support through a ticket.
  • Do not impersonate others, create fraudulent accounts, abuse referrals, or access another person’s account or data without permission.

3. Services and order information

Services may include promotion or social-media metrics such as views, followers, likes, or other activity, and may be fulfilled by third-party providers. Each listing shows applicable service type, price, target/link requirements, quantity limits, refill/cancellation availability, and estimated timing. Review these details and the calculated charge before ordering.

You must provide a valid, accessible target that you own or are authorized to use. Incorrect targets, quantities, or service selections may prevent fulfillment; any adjustment or refund depends on the order status and applicable law.

4. Orders and fulfillment

  • An order is accepted when the panel displays a confirmation and order ID. Keep that ID for tracking and support.
  • Charges are calculated from the displayed rate, quantity, and billing unit. Start and completion times are estimates, not guarantees; providers or social platforms may delay or restrict activity.
  • Avoid duplicate orders for the same target while an earlier order is processing. Drip-feed or subscription orders follow the runs, interval, quantity, and target settings shown at checkout.
  • Status information reflects data received from the panel or provider. Social platforms may later remove or change engagement; we cannot fully control those third-party actions.

5. Cancellation, refill, and refunds

  • Cancellation is available only where the listing and panel provide it. A request is not a confirmation that a provider has stopped work. Completed orders generally cannot be canceled.
  • Refill is available only for eligible services and within the period shown. Requests depend on provider confirmation.
  • For failed or partially fulfilled work, the panel may adjust the order and return the confirmed unused amount to your panel balance. Refunds are not automatically returned to the original payment method unless required by law or the payment method’s terms.
  • For an incorrect or uncredited payment, submit a ticket with the transaction reference and evidence. Never send passwords or API keys. Requests are reviewed against transaction records and applicable law.

6. Payments and balance

Use only payment methods displayed as enabled. Funds are credited after verification. Check the amount and reference carefully, and do not pay based on unofficial messages or recipients. Do not make false payment or chargeback claims or use another person’s payment method without authorization. Balance transfers or withdrawals are available only if expressly provided by the panel and permitted by law.

7. Prohibited use and third-party platforms

Do not use the panel for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, or unauthorized system access. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and relevant social-platform terms. Platforms may remove engagement or restrict accounts/content. smm-cam.com is not affiliated with or an official representative of those platforms.

8. API, suspension, and security

API access requires your own key and compliance with the published request format and rate limit. You are responsible for its use. We may restrict or suspend access for suspected abuse, intrusion, fraudulent payment, harm to the system, or a lawful authority request. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to request a review through a support ticket.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the panel available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free, immediate fulfillment. Service descriptions and speed estimates do not guarantee business results, reach, or permanent retention of metrics. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Privacy, changes, and applicable law

Account and transaction information is used to provide the service, maintain security, provide support, and comply with law. See the separate Privacy Policy. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date; changes do not automatically remove rights or obligations that arose earlier. Use of the service is subject to applicable Cambodian law and the rules of competent authorities.

11. Support and operator information

For questions, order issues, payment problems, or complaints, sign in and open a support ticket with the relevant order or transaction ID. smm-cam.com is the trade name shown on this website; the operator’s legal/business name and registered address must be added by the operator before these terms are treated as a final legal document.
